Amaretto Chocolate Sauce Recipe:
1/2 cup of Whipping cream
1/2 pound of Semisweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon amaretto or other liqueur
Bring cream to simmer in a small saucepan, remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate until it is smooth, stir in liqueur.
Orange Whipped Cream:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoon orange or vanilla extract
1 cup of confectioner’s sugar
Beat the cream and orange extract in a chilled no-reactive bowl with an electric mixer until it holds a loose peak. ( lift the beater from the. Ream and look at the shape of the peak at the end of the whisk; it should hold a lazy curve.) Add sugar into cream and continue to beat just until it holds a soft peak. Take care not to over beat the cream or it will look curdy.
Serve, or refrigerate covered up to 4 hours.
